Email Warmer: Gmail mailbox warmup and deliverability management

Email Warmer is a private internal application used to warm up Gmail mailboxes that its operator owns. It schedules natural send-and-reply conversations between those mailboxes at a gradually increasing daily volume, so the accounts build sending reputation and land in the inbox instead of spam.

The app requests Gmail permission only for the accounts the operator explicitly connects, and uses that access solely to send warmup messages, read the resulting threads, and mark them as read. It is not a public service — there is no signup, no billing, and no access for anyone other than the single owner account.

Real Gmail conversations

Connects Gmail accounts you own via Google OAuth and sends genuine threaded messages and replies between them using the Gmail API.

Configurable ramp & hours

Daily send volume ramps up over a schedule you define, and activity is restricted to your chosen operating hours and timezone.

Full activity log

Every scheduled action, send, reply, and error is recorded so you can audit exactly what each mailbox did and when.

Private, single operator

There is no public signup or multi-tenancy. Only the owner account can sign in, and OAuth tokens are stored server-side only.

How it works

  1. The operator connects Gmail accounts they own through Google OAuth 2.0.
  2. Each account is assigned a role: warmup senders, or receivers that read and reply.
  3. A ramp schedule and operating hours define how many messages each warmup mailbox sends per day.
  4. The scheduling engine sends messages, keeps replies inside the same thread, and logs every action for review.
