Email Warmer ("the app") is a private, single-user internal tool used by its operator to manage email deliverability and mailbox warmup activity across Gmail accounts that the operator owns and controls. The app is not offered to the public and has no signup.

Data we access

When a Gmail account is connected via Google OAuth 2.0, the app stores the account email address, the OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Google, and metadata about messages it sends or replies to (message identifiers, thread identifiers, subjects, timestamps). Gmail scopes requested are limited to sending, reading, and modifying mail for the purpose of warmup conversations between the operator's own mailboxes.

How data is used

Data is used solely to schedule and execute warmup sends and replies between the connected mailboxes and to display activity logs to the operator. Message content is generated by the app itself. No data is sold, shared, or used for advertising, and no data is disclosed to third parties other than the infrastructure providers that host the app and its database.

Storage and security

Data is stored in a private managed Postgres database. OAuth tokens are stored server-side only and are never exposed to the browser. Access to the app requires authentication as the single owner account.

Retention and deletion

Connected accounts and their tokens can be removed at any time from the Mailboxes screen, which deletes the stored tokens. Google access can also be revoked at any time from the Google Account security settings.
