Terms of Service

1. Scope

Email Warmer is a private internal tool operated by a single owner for managing email deliverability and mailbox warmup across Gmail accounts that the owner controls. It is not a public service and is not available for registration or purchase.

2. Permitted use

The app may only be used with mailboxes the operator owns or is explicitly authorized to administer. Use of the app to send unsolicited bulk email, to impersonate others, or in any manner that violates the Gmail Terms of Service, the Google API Services User Data Policy, or applicable anti-spam law is prohibited.

3. Google account access

Access to Gmail is granted by the account holder through Google OAuth 2.0 and may be revoked at any time from Google Account settings or by removing the mailbox in the app. Revoking access stops all further activity for that mailbox.

4. No warranty

The app is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Email delivery, inbox placement, and deliverability outcomes are not guaranteed and depend on factors outside the app's control.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the current version.
